I have been looking forward to Sammy and Olivia’s story since they were introduced in If We Ever Meet Again and it was well worth the wait.

Sammy and Olivia have a long and complicated history. Their relationship was hinted at in the first three books, so I was excited to read their story in this final book in the series. And believe me, both characters turned out to be too good. i really liked olivia and sammy’s story!! i loved that sammy ran to help olivia after she called about her apartment flooding, eight years after their break up!! Numerous family members infringe upon Olivia and Sammy’s relationship, and though she had a minor role in the story, I adored Sammy’s mother! She is absolutely hysterical. Vivacious, demanding, funny, and pushy, she reminded me of my own mother. It’s obvious how much she loves her son, even though she is a bit meddlesome and overbearing, and she is a wonderful addition to the story. I’d stop talking if I were you. Ana’s characterization in the novel is on point, and allows you to get to know each of these characters incredibly well and is some readers’ favorite part of the novel. Their interactions, wordplay, and conversations help bring them fully to life. It is an entertaining, light hearted, funny, and wonderful read that had some readers rolling on the floor laughing, especially at the grandma’s antics.
