Description

Interestingly, Fletch79 seems to have the exact same problem in his post from a couple of days ago. V3.1 The Alexa issue where it was not possible to set the temperature from the app or voice has now been resolved. Also as an added bonus, the Thermostat Modes now display the modes correctly. The evohome system can be controlled via a tablet or smart phone app available for Apple and Android devices. Managed to get the correct thermostat modes to show app in the modes list in the new app presentation

Wireless Radiator Controllers provide an easy way of installing heating zones without draining down or disturbing pipes Generated the Presentation file required by the new smartthings app for correctly displaying the options for the inside of the new app The Honeywell Home evohome Wi-Fi Connected Controller has a choice of idle screens and a day and night mode that can be manually selected or can be set to change automatically. The Evotouch central controller can operate twelve independent time and temperature controlled zones (rooms) plus stored hot water systems. Each zone has its own full seven day program with a range of overrides and One touch actions to make using the system fast and convenient.

lt;li>Wireless Radiator Controllers provide an easy way of installing heating zones without draining down or disturbing pipes</li> evohome is a sophisticated heating system that ensures you can create and individually control up to 12 heating zones in domestic properties. evohome will also control domestic hot water. Also special thanks to @Philip_Street1, who managed to solve the issue where if hot water was not discovered in the system, the integration would fail. lt;li>EvoHome Wi-Fi now includes heat pump compatibility making it fit for almost every home now and in the future.</li> Evohome provides the highest possible level of efficiency and intelligent control to apartments, family homes, Basic/Combi/Opentherm boilers, gas/oil/electric/solid fuel boilers plus air or ground source heat pumps.V3.2 Replaced the hot water mode with the new custom thermostat mode to fix the wording. Also removed the deprecated refresh capability from both the zone and hot water thermostats to avoid them from showing up in the automation options. Navigate to the IDE : https://graph-eu01-euwest1.api.smartthings.com/hub/show/a5c61251-ad03-4fc0-a54b-a84ca5cd8fe0 The updated third generation of the Evotouch multi zone central heating control now with heating and cooling, advanced weather functionality, patented ON/OFF boiler control, direct heatpump control and integrated Wifi allowing connectivity with the Total Connect Comfort Smart phone App. I'm now starting to question myself, wondering if I might have got the two actuators mixed up when I swapped the guest and master bed and actually re-fitted the same one, as my gut feeling is that this does seem like a HR92 fault. I'm going to swap the guest bedroom and office over tonight and see what happens. If the fault still persists, I'm really going to be scratching my head. Functioning as a Connected Thermostat, the Evohome Wi-Fi Connected Controller serves as an intelligent programmable thermostat. Moreover, it is compatible with every 230v heating system, including S Plan, Y Plan, or Combi Boiler and Heat Pump Systems and also systems using extra low voltage switching.

Managed to get the modes to work with the new app’s presentation. Some list items appear weird but this is a Smartthings issue proven wireless communication (no disruption of interior decor, ideally suitable for existing homes) Link to the Evohome 2020 SmartApp and Device Handler: GitHub - andremain/EvohomeSmartthings2020: A modified Evohome Smartthings integration based on Codersaur's code from 2016 GOOD NEWS! I HAVE FINALLY MANAGED TO FIND CODERSAUR ON REDDIT AND HE PROVIDED THE BETA INTEGRATION WHICH INCLUDES HOT WATER! I HAVE MANAGED TO GET THE DEVICE HANDLER UP TO DATE TO WORK WITH THE NEW SMARTTHINGS APP BUT THE HOT WATER DTH IS INDEED A BETA RELEASE. PLEASE READ THE HOT WATER ISSUES SECTION TO LEARN MORE. ALSO I AM WORKING WITH @nayelyz TO FIX SOME ISSUES, BUT IF ANY OF YOU IS A DEVELOPER (AS I AM NOT) IF INTERESTED, I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO WORK WITH YOU TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES. I HOPE I MADE SOMEONE’S DAY Note, when copying the groovy code from GitHub, don’t use the RAW view as this will corrupt the degree symbols in the code, copy from the standard view instead. For those interested in ‘smart zoning’ their home, the Evohome Controller acts as the ‘brains’ of the system. It can time and temperature control up to 12 heating zones and a single domestic hot water zone. evohome is suitable for any home with a hydronic (wet) central heating system. Zoning solutions can be designed for even the simplest of property layouts. evohome is ideal when looking to control temperatures in larger properties, such as luxury apartments; large family homes; homes with business use; multiple occupancy apartments and light commercial spaces, such as doctor’s surgeries and small offices. Setting the temperature using the Alexa app or voice, has a different range than the one set in Smartthings (8 to 32 degrees). Wireless Radiator Controllers provide an easy way of installing heating zones without draining down or disturbing pipes or décor.

The multi-zone evohome controller controls the time and temperature of up to 12 heating zones plus a domestic hot water supply if required. Each zone has independent time and temperature control. The Honeywell Evohome Wifi is the successor of the brilliant Evohome thermostat. The ATP921R3100 has all the great features of the ATP921G2080 but now has inbuilt Wifi capabilities. Ok, so I've now tried removing the HR92 that's bound to the guest bed zone into a location that's only a few feet away from the controller with direct line of sight. Again, same issue. To rule out an issue with the controller, I created a new 'test' zone on the controller and bound it with the HR92. However, this hasn't cured the comms fault.

Changed the default value for window function temperature from 5.0 to 5 as it would throw a bad request error The latest Honeywell Home evohome Controller (ATC928G3000) is the third generation of Honeywell Home’s evohome Controller and is Wi-Fi enabled, meaning that it doesn’t require the Honeywell Home RFG100 Mobile Access Kit for remote smart control. You need to reinitialize the device handlers. The solution to this is to get the Evohome Connect SmartApp to resend the device id to the device handler. Fortunately you can do this going into the Evohome Connect SmartApp and changing a setting (I changed the polling period) which causes a refresh of the data. The third generation of the Evotouch multi zone central heating control now with integrated Wifi allowing connectivity with the Total Connect Comfort Smart phone App.
