I was also able to hang my own handbag on the handlebar when the kid was sitting in it and even when they were not. We can hang a diaper bag off it and it never failed when the baby is sitting in it, it’s 100% safe. So, you’re looking for an ultra-lightweight, compact stroller, something that would be ideal for city outings and world travels? Well, it’s no wonder you’re considering buying the Babyzen Yoyo2! It’s one of the smallest, lightest and easiest to use. It’s also stylish, practical and won’t break the bank. For something so compact, it’s also surprisingly sturdy. Using the Babyzen Yoyo2 Stroller in France The peek-a-boo window on the canopy seemed useful, but it’s made of transparent soft plastic. You cannot open or close it, so on a sunny day we usually put a rag over it, because the sun gets through it so we often put a cloth on top of the stroller on very sunny days.

Also, if you’ll be traveling to Europe often keep in mind that American car seat are illegal in Europe. So if you get it in the US it’s illegal to use in Europe because of the straps. Many people do it anyway, but if you get into a crash the insurance has a right to reject your claims completely if they see you used a US car seat, so it’s a risk. If you know you’ll be visiting Europe often I recommend getting a lightweight European car seat – they can be actually only 5 lbs like Avionaut Pixel!)From size and weight, to comfort, ease of use and accessories, my Babyzen Yoyo2 review will help you decide if this is the stroller for you. Travel or compact strollers don’t recline the same way as Vista, because it literally reclines the seat, not just changes its position so the it’s not going to be the same mechanism. Although the recline on those strollers are ultimately much more comfortable for the child than Vista because it’s flatter.

Full disclosure:I bought this stroller myself. I wasn’t paid or given a sample, so this review is as objective as can be. Feel free to ask any questions in the comments. Since we first got Babyzen Yoyo I’ve owned a dozen of compact strollers and honestly, I’m yet to find a stroller that comes close to it without sacrificing the size. This is only a fraction of all the strollers I’ve owned. If you’re weighing up your options, this Babyzen Yoyo2 review will help you decide if this is the best stroller for you. I’ve divided my review up into easy-to-digest sections. I’ll cover all the facts and figures, the attachments and accessories, pros and cons and give you my honest opinion on who this stroller is really for. The only step that requires two hands is folding the canopy, but you can do it when the baby is still sitting in the stroller.

Can I get the Babyzen Yoyo+ in different colours?

The seat is super comfy and well-padded, which I find very satisfying. The seat actually has side protection made of a material, which can be detrimental to the baby’s arms’ safety, especially in tight spots. Another thing that I think it’s worth mentioning is that while lightweight, it’s sturdy. Before I owned other travel strollers I thought it was a norm that the stroller wouldn’t tip over with a diaper bag attached to a handle, but I was wrong. Every other stroller tips over (yes, including Joolz Aer and Bugaboo Butterfly) but not Yoyo. It’s honestly incredible! One of the biggest downsides to this pram is that you’ll struggle to use it on certain terrains. Saying that, we’ve been amazed by how well it’s handled bumpy paths, gravel and grass. The one big struggle we had was pushing it over the medieval cobbles in the city of Carcassonne in France. I think any pram would have struggled there though!! It’s worth noting too that while the buggy may not last as long as others in terms of weight, it does have a high resale value which could allow you to recoup some of the cost if you were looking to sell it on after use.

When I was pregnant, we went to the shops to test out lots of prams. We were torn between buying a substantial pram or a really compact one. In the end, I’m really pleased we went with the Yoyo! It’s ideal for London, which is where we use it the majority of the time. It’s rare we need something suitable for rough terrain, and if we do, we use our Ergobaby carrier. Weight Bearing 25KG】: This buggy board is suitable for children aged 2-6 and can withstand a maximum pressure of 25KG (55 lbs). It is not recommended to drive on uneven ground. Yoyo+ is a four-wheel stroller with a suspension system that allows movement on rough terrains. The wheels do seem small but after 3 years of using it pretty much full-time on often cobblestones in Italy and rough trails they still haven’t worn out (they do offer an option of getting just an extra set of wheels, but so far we haven’t needed it and both myself and my husband laugh that we’re seriously beating this stroller up). Yoyo reclines to a typical reclining position, while Ergo is flat flat. It can be an advantage, but most kids don’t care to be fully flat after newborn stage and it makes the break not easily accessible when fully reclined and also makes the stroller more prone to falling.I don’t know if you read my Uppababy Vista review, but we actually lived in Verona with it and it was absolutely useless on every possible occasion and the ultimate nightmare 😀 (friends in Bologna had Uppababy Cruz and also the stroller never leaving the apartment while they got something else), so definitely leave it at home or sell it before moving. Parents love baby strollers that provide maximum convenience and are lightweight, compact, and foldable. Yoyo+ became an instant success after its launch in 2012 because parents loved its features. If you’re looking for which car seats are compatible with the Yoyo, here is what the brand currently suggests. Please note, compatible options depend on the car seat adapter you buy (options of M or L). We used the car seat attachment on our Yoyo Stroller in France Car Seats Compatible With Babyzen Yoyo2 Safe and Comfortable】: The Stroller board adopts an adjustable anti-slip design, which provides more safety for your child during driving. The seat is high and comfortable, and the seat cushion is soft and environmentally friendly, making it more comfortable. Let your child have a more comfortable experience when using it.
