The 2023 Feathers Winter Ball will take place on Monday 18th December at The world-famous Ministry Of Sound. The Winter Ball is open to young people in school years 9 & 10 only.

The Feathers Charity Balls have since become established events in the society social calendar for thousands. Generating millions of pounds for youth projects across London it’s become a long-time family tradition and to be honest it’s an essential right of passage for many. The Spring Ball (スプリングボール Supuringu Bōru) (also known as the Jump Ball) is a power-up that allows Samus Aran to jump in Morph Ball form without Bomb Jumping. It first appeared in Metroid II: Return of Samus, and has appeared in all games since, except for Metroid Prime Hunters and the GameCube versions of Metroid Prime and Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. It does not appear as a power-up in Metroid: Other M or Metroid Dread, instead being a default ability of the Morph Ball. Police have said that Millward’s death is not being treated as suspicious, but that a 19-year-old woman has been arrested and bailed on suspicion of supplying drugs. Diversity is integral to Girton’s ethos. As a result, it has been of paramount importance to the Committee that this is reflected in our line-up at ‘Arthouse’. The eclectic mix of student artists, music professionals, local entertainers and seasoned performers guarantees the presence of something for everybody at Girton Spring Ball.

We’re making sure it’s properly done with some amazing food and an enjoyable atmosphere so that everyone enjoys the Spring Ball. Thomas Millward, a first year Engineer at Girton, was found at the college with head injuries on Saturday evening. He died at Addenbrooke’s Hospital on Sunday. In Metroid Fusion, the Spring Ball is included with the High Jump ability, but is called the Jumpball. This is acquired by defeating Zazabi in Sector 2 (TRO). The Spring Ball and is held for young people aged 11 – 13 years old who are in the first two years of high school (7&8) So, Join us on the 24th of March 2023- a delicious 3 course meal (which we heavily critiqued), a lovely ceilidhand more, treat yourself for working so hard during this academic year.
