Installing your LG TV with a wall mount isn’t difficult. However, it’s important that you select the right kit with screws that provides proper support. This means doing your homework in the appropriate type and length. In addition, make sure you have help when you mount the LG TV to avoid any injury during installation. M8 screws are used to mount Samsung TVs ranging in size from 43 to 88 inches. The screws themselves are approximately 43 to 44 mm long. They are quite strong and can easily support larger Samsung TVs. 2. Samsung 32 tv:

To make the DIY a bit easier, you can buy mounts with built-in spirit levels. The last thing you want after going through all the effort is a wonky telly. It's worth getting a quote from a Which? Trusted Trader before paying for a retailer service. They can give you a quote depending on your wall, type of TV and whether you want the cables hidden. By only paying for the aspects of the service you need, you could well end up with a cheaper installation than Currys of John Lewis offers. An AC Power adapter comes with some models. The diagram shows the AC Power adapter size compatibilities (W x H x D) in the Compatibility chart. Thread bolts (with washers) through fixing holes and finger tighten into plugs in wall. If you get two bolts in finger tight this will usually be enough to free up your hands. The size of screws you need to wall mount your Samsung TV will depend on the size of your TV. For TVs 19 – 22inches, the screw size is M4. For TVs 30 – 40 inches, the screw size is M6. For TVs 43 – 88 inches, the screw size is M8. When laying a TV down flat, lay it screen-side down on a large flat surface that's covered with a clean, soft blanket or carpet. Any stray objects or debris can scratch the screen or bezel, so make sure it's really clean! The size of the screw will be determined by the size of the TV. If you’re mounting a TV that measures between 19 and 22 inches, you’ll need an M4 screw set.

And use tools found in most homes or garages such as a screwdriver and tape measure. Having a friend around can make placement more straightforward, especially if they’re taller than you.

How to put up a TV bracket

Gripit Fixings – These were on the Dragons Den TV programme in the UK and was one of the biggest success stories from the programme. I use these for very large and heavy TV’s as they are a very strong and durable fixing. I recommend getting the blue ones which require a 25mm pilot hole to be drilled. The plug part is then inserted and with a screwdriver two rings can then be rotated which sit behind the plasterboard – the bolt can then be inserted and tightened which forces the wings to squeeze the wall behind the plasterboard. The first step is to decide where you want to place the television. Make certain that the location you select has a good viewing angle. First, you need to decide what style of TV mount to shop for. ( We tried several mounts in various styles, and found them all easy to install and use.) A basic fixed model will simply hold the TV flat against the wall. Models that tilt can compensate if you’re sitting lower than the TV. Some tilting mounts can also swivel. Full-motion, or articulated, mounts can move in any direction, including forward toward the viewer. This is important if you’re hanging the TV at an angle from your seating area. When handling a TV, you'll want to take extra care to protect the display panel. A large sheet of glass or plastic will naturally have some flex to it, but the underlying display technology usually doesn't. Even a little bit of unwanted flexing or pressure on a panel can damage a TV beyond repair. (Again, take it from a guy who has broken a few TVs over the years.)
