Latios and Latias Edition - A blue and red GBA released only in Japanese Pokémon Centers to tie in with the release of Pokémon Heroes: Latios & Latias. It features silhouettes of Latios and Latias next to the GBA logo.

Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness Edition - Released in Japan and the US only. Shadow Lugia is depicted on the lid. Mew Edition - A Pink DS released only in Japan. Silhouettes of Mew are depicted on the front and inside of the system. Pikachu Edition - A yellow Sega Pico that has Pikachu's face on the front. It came bundled with Pokémon Advanced Generation: I've Begun Hiragana and Katakana.Gold/Silver Pokémon GS Edition - A variant of the Pikachu and Pichu edition GBC. It appears gold or silver depending on the angle and lighting. Pokémaniac Nintendo 64 - This special Pokémon edition of the console was released in Australia and Europe only. Included was a yellow/blue controller with the Pokémon logo and the PAL version of Pokémon - I Choose You!. Pikachu Edition - A yellow GBA SP released exclusively in Japanese Pokémon Centers, then later released exclusively in Toys 'R' Us stores in the US. The front of the system depicts Pikachu's face. Giratina Edition - A white DS Lite released only in Japan and Europe. It has Giratina on the front. It was bundled with Pokémon Platinum Version. It is only available for Daisuki Club Members only.
