It doesn’t have any fragrance to it at all and is just generally very “unobtrusive.” I liked how fast it sinks into skin, almost feeling watery once applied. Torridon lies in the shadow of three mountains, each of which are considered among the finest in Scotland. Beinn Alligin, the smallest of the three (although by no means small!), as a fantastic ridgeline traverse and some truly spectacular viewpoints. Beinn Eighe is the bulkiest of the three, and walkers are rewarded with spectacular scenery of Coire Mhic Fhearchair, with its cliffs looming over a lochan. It is here that the tragedy of the 1951 Lancaster plane crash that led to the formation of the modern-day mountain rescue teams. The third mountain, Liathach, is a long, technical walk with over 1300m of climbing and should be taken on only by experienced walkers. The serum also contains moisturising ceramides. The Trust’s countryside centre is currently closed for a review and development of future plans, but it’s a great place to start a low-level walk around Torridon and the coast.The Torriden Dive-In Serum has a very light blue tint, but mostly looks like a near transparent gel when applied to the skin.
