The Pennsy Trail Art Fair & Music Festival is an annual arts and crafts fair and music festival, held the last weekend in July on the Hancock County Courthouse Plaza – near the lovely Pennsy Trail in downtown Greenfield, Indiana. When the festival began, it was held on the Pennsy Trail. Since then, the Pennsy Trail is a popular place to walk, run or ride a bike. With safety in mind, the festival was moved to the Courthouse Plaza. This event is the main fundraiser for Mental Health Partners of Hancock County. The festival was created to link the arts, the local community, and local social service needs as well as help break the stigma of mental illness.
