About this deal

The ending really annoyed me, like everything that happened was literally resolved in like 3 pages and then the book ended 🫠 the miscommunication was drawn out for like 90% of the book to be dealt with in 2%. He leaned his tanned forearms on the counter-how the hell did he have sexy forearms, for God's sake-and started messing with his running watch. This book is perfect for lovers of enemies to lovers, forced proximity, and/or brother’s best friend tropes!

Wrong Number puts the 'com' in rom-com, delivering energetic, laugh-out-loud hilarity from page one.

I felt bad for her on hearing her full story about her heartbreak that lead to burning the building she was living in, at the same time it also made me laugh. But this book isn’t just about a Phoenix rising from the ashes—it’s also has a fake dating romance that I think readers will enjoy. I’ve never burned down a building by being clumsy, but I’ve broken bones and have had some interesting stories to tell, haha.

At Books2Door, we believe that reading is a fundamental skill that every child should have to help improve their vocabulary, grammar, and critical thinking skills. What I loved most about Olivia and Colin’s slow-burn romance was that the former always seemed to be a disaster in all occasions whereas the latter was perpetually composed. Here you'll find me rave and rant about books (always), fangirl over book boyfriends (sometimes) and surprisingly become a blog tour host (miracle happens). The provocative opening takes a dark turn when Lily receives a warning about Ryle’s intentions from his sister, who becomes Lily’s employee and close friend. After a ritualistic love letter burning accidentally burns down her apartment building, the newly single and unemployed Olivia is forced to move in with her brother and his roommate.

I grabbed a mug from the counter, filled it with water from the sink, and removed the lid of the near-empty reservoir on the Keurig. The only thing worse, at the age of twenty-five, than having to ask your parents for money because you rolled into town on fumes and literally didn't have a dime to your name, was having a mom who wanted to talk about it.Painter’s hilarious voice and vibrant characters are a breath of fresh air in this highly enjoyable romance.
