Songs on the Lawn

June 17, 24/MANKATO – Featuring music, live entertainment and local food. Songs on the Lawn is presented by Xcel Energy and takes place every Thursday in June from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Civic Center Plaza. Admission is FREE and FREE parking is available throughout the downtown area. Songs on the Lawn gives co-workers, friends and families from all around the region an opportunity to gather in the City Center to enjoy live music from area bands. Attendees can also purchase lunch and snacks sold by a variety of local vendors.

MSRA Back to the 50s

June 18-20/MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL – 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. (Sunday 6 a.m – 3 p.m.) More than 12,000 street rods, customs, classics and restored vehicles; 1964 & older, will converge for the 47th annual Back to the 50’s Weekend. Cars will blanket the streets of the State Fairgrounds for this three day event. The weekend is filled with tons of automobiles, fun, music and more! June 22-27/WILLMAR – Willmar Fests is the combination of four Festivals rolled into one big summer city-wide celebration; International Fest which honors Willmar’s sister city of Frameries, Belgium, Aqua Fest featuring water events, Frameries Fest which is a Fine Arts Celebration and Kaffee Fests honoring the coffee tradition of Willmar’s Scandinavian roots. Western Fest Stampede Rodeo

JUNE 24-26/GRANITE FALLS – At Lee Mar Ranch enjoy the annual Western Fest PRCA Stampede Rodeo for three nights of Pro Rodeo events. Gates open at 5:30. There will also be kids activities, food, and more available downtown Granite Falls before the rodeo each day!
