Route 66 Museum

PONTIAC – Home to the Route 66 Hall of Fame as well as several small museums, including one that pays tribute to the outdoor murals that grace the town and #Route66 in general. Behind their building is a whole area filled with #murals. Here you can also see artist Bob Waldmire’s famous “land yacht” bus conversion (seen on the right side of this picture). #Tinyhouse bus conversions may be hot, but they’re not new, and Waldmire’s former schoolboys bus is downright epic.
