The whole picture i get from nightflight is this:Sitting naked in a pier hugging your loved one,gazing at the endless sea under the moonlight...Perfect feeling. I can't remember if it was before or after at least 5 Arab girls said hi to me in unison in Skyline College Sharjah. This is good for spring and summer season and easily wearable in formal suiting. Projection and longevity is moderate.

Joop! Homme Eau de Toilette - idealo

by far the best of all the joop fragrances this is extremely fresh and masculine and gives a unique edge that many colognes do not even come close to This is easily 1 of the worst openings ever !!! It opens with a very synthetic sharp,lemony opening that smells like cleaning product you would buy at the dollar store. I always thought this scent was meant for the more softer type of guys , guys who really care about women not just to get laid as players can do in the beginning. I have better fragrances in my collection, however for reasons I don't understand this gets so much more attention and compliments! Joop Nightflight starts with huge blast of synthetic citrus/pineapple combo that will very likely make you sneeze if you overapply or spray close to your nose. At this stage it smells classic and has 80s soapy vibe. Fortunately over time bright citrus fades away and what remains is nice semi sweet fruity floral scent that lingers around and make you think about stars in the dark sky.Sillage is huge for like first 2 hours, then it became skin scent. I prefer it during cold weather or when I am walking outside. It may be also nice summer party scent and is available rather cheap. I still don't like this fragrance as its pretty much linear and I still can't stand the opening ! It's just way too sharp and smells like a cheap cleaning product. Also if I spray more than 2 sprays this gives me a headache. Performance: 8/10. This performs very well for a fresh scent, almost too much so for the hottest days of summer.

The drydown is AMAZING, and the sillage is great as you'd expect from Joop!. It's suited for a nice summer evening, maybe even during the daytime in spring.Comment: I think it was ahead of it’s time and actually fits more in this era. I imagine if D&G put this in a blue bottle calling it DARK BLUE, or a Versace called it an Eros flanker, or something of the sorts, I believe it would do very well in popularity and above 3.95 stars rating. Just speculation. Nothing off the charts but holding it’s own. Nightflight was my first "more expensive" buy in the early nineties, i loved the fragrance as i can still smell it in memory and as Couturegure says clear and wise, this scent is made in a era of remarkable ones instead of the mainstream scents nowadays.

Performance on this is very good though... lasts 6-10 hours and projects very well for 2 hours and it's very loud for the first hour. Nevertheless, nowadays it appears about as modern as The Shamen or Stone Temple Pilots, if you know what I mean. It has these '90s vibes, it really does. I don't know what it is, but it is there. and it is different, than a typical freshy. The mix of notes creates a masculine aromatic accord, that is reminiscent of lime/bergamot/grapefruit, with a bit of sweetness. I bought this as a blind buy since I am super fan of the original "Joop!". Excellent, repeat excellent frag from Joop/Coty. Very fresh and soapy (in a good way. I personally don't like soapy frags except this one). I sense some of the same notes as the original Curves for men.

This perfume is a fresh bombshell to day. Very fresh, citrus and a classic vibe 80s. Feeling mega power projection cleaning and fixing very good. Opens with pineapple and lots of lavender (zest) and a lemon tart well, gradually fragrance is slightly sweet, but sweet tone is a very discreet. Cai well on hot days. I disagree with Fragrantica citing Accord sweet as predominant. Who sees his olfactory pyramid containing almond, tonka bean, musk and amber can imagine that it is a perfume with an evolution rather oriental and sweet, but there's nothing like that not even in the drydown that sweetness is well contained. The tone remains clean all the time. I think until the floral notes are more apparent than the eastern. Overall, Joop! Homme Eau de Toilette is a good mid-range buy for men who enjoy strong scents. It is possibly more appropriate for the night time than the evening; buyers looking for something fresher should look at Joop! Jump instead. Cool Water and Calvin Klein's Eternity for Men have had many children together, and this is another. The opening is very reminiscent of Cool Water; as it dries down the Eternity DNA becomes more apparent. Terrible news my folks :( Coty (those fools, I have no better word for them) discontinued Nightflight! :((( I'll give it a 8/10 because of the drydown and 12+hours longevity. There are better summer juices out there, but for the money it's a steal.

Good for days when I feel extra confident and have a high level energy. On those days it gives me an extra boost. For light intensity: spray in a cloud around your head and shoulders, let the fragrance fall gently around you.Joop! Nightflight is one of the first fragrances I've ever smelled and the first one I bought with my own money as a teenager, a long time ago. When I was little I used to experience this fragrance on occasions with my father since he used it from '95 until '03 or something and it has always lingered afterwards. Nightflight is an EdT with a very long carrying capacity and sillage that has survived the nineties full of exotic passion, unique in the price category. I cherish the 1/4th ish remainder of my 125 ml for beautiful moments. (This fragrance is now out of production, unfortunately ..) well, I don´t get any pineapple, lavender or almond...just a huge dose of sporty citrusy notes (lemon, bergamot) that last forever (Nightflight can be really harsh and unpleasant if overapplied, this is one of the scents I usually spray into the air and then walk through the cloud) This frag actually has longevity and projection. In fact, I get better longevity from this than I do with the reformulation of Joop Homme. This has surged to the top of my list of summer frags. It may not be groundbreaking but it's a sure bet. This won't offend anyone and is sure to please.
