Bell's Emollient 50 contains liquid paraffin in a white soft Paraffin ointment to moisturise and protect dry skin. If you have dry skin that always seems to happen in the same area and drives you up the wall with that itchy, scratchy feeling, then you could have eczema. If you're using a steroid cream or another treatment for your skin condition, wait at least 30 minutes after putting on your emollient before applying it.
