I set to looking at the instructions and found they were very simple and easy to follow, once I had opened the bag with the Himalayan Salt crystals I just had to arrange them in the base unit. Then pop the bulb cover on and sit the light panel and diffuser unit on top of the crystals. Due to the irregular shape of the crystals I found I had to move the crystals around a bit to make enough room for the bulb to sit in the middle of the top layer but it was very easy to do. I then plugged in the power cord once I had attached the correct plug and popped some filtered water in the diffuser. I chose lavender oil (not included) to use as the scent as I wanted my daughter to have the Clevapure in her room for bedtime and thought this would be very relaxing. I popped the lid on, and turned the power on at the wall. On the front there are two sensors, one for the light which has three brightness settings and one for the humidifier. The humidifier can be set to continuous operation, which gives you 6 hours from the 200ml tank, or, intermittent which allows for 12 hours of operation. By humidifying the air it is possible to ease congestion in stuffy noses and throats, and also reduce skin irritation, all whilst baby (or in my case child) sleeps. Although I used lavender to aid relaxation, you could use eucalyptus to aid decongestion, or, mint to cool the air on hot nights. There seemed lots of elements in the box but it was super easy to put together. Everything made perfect sense and the instructions were good. Looks and design Tap and hold the on button to turn the unit on. It has three light settings, a nice dimmed light which can be turned a little brighter by pressing the light button again. I’ve used it mostly with the lamp on its highest setting. It gives a nice calming glow without being too bright and creates a lovely atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing light in a bedroom or nursery. Overall I really like the Clevapure, it looks really stylish and I can see it fitting nicely into a lot of nurseries and children’s bedrooms. The cord length is really good meaning it can be placed up high out of the reach of children easily. Please read instructions carefully before using this product.
